Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by texting 323-576-4640, send an email to info@feverfewhair.com or via your client profile
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required
when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. If unpaid, this amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your stylist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your stylist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
We look forward to seeing you!
When you arrive
Check in by replying ‘H’ to the check in text that was sent to you and wait for your stylist in the waiting area to your left.
Salon Policies
Feverfew does not take payments on the premises. Appointments are booked online and paid in full at booking. Any additional charges for color services and products will be charged to the credit card on file at the end of the day on the day of your service. If you’d like to tip your stylist, their Venmo information is available to you at their station.
Masks are optional at this time. If you'd like your stylist to wear one, please let them know or add it to your notes when booking your appointment.
There is hand sanitizer available at all stations and on the coffee table in the waiting area.
