COVID 19 Policies

To adhere to the CDC recommended limited capacity guidelines our stations are all spaced at least 6 feet away from each other and all staff is required to wear masks.

 

All stations are sanitized in between clients.  Our disinfectant takes 5 minutes. We will be using hypochlorous Acid (or HOCI). It’s stronger than bleach but food safe, low toxic, better for sensitive people and EPA Covid 19 approved.

 

We will no longer be taking payments on the premises so appointments are booked online and paid in full at booking. Any additional charges for color services and products will be charged to the credit card on file at the end of the day on the day of your service.  If you’d like to tip your stylist, their Venmo information is available to you at their station.  

 

You will not be allowed in without a mask.  If you do not have one, one will be provided for you.

 

There is hand sanitizer available at all stations and on the coffee table in the waiting area.

 

Unfortunately due to CDC guidelines there will be no beverage service available at this time.

When you arrive

Check in by replying  ‘H’ to the check in text that was sent to you and wait for your stylist in the waiting area to your left.

Cancellation Policy

Please email info@feverfewhair.com if you need to reschedule, edit, cancel your appointment, or if you have any questions regarding your appointment.  Do not call!  There is no-one to answer the phone. Do not cancel your appointment via the online booking system or your refund will be delayed.  Unfortunately, you cannot re-schedule online at this time.

 

In the event that you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance by email. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment.

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged the full amount of the cost of your scheduled appointment.

 

If you do not show up to your appointment and do not e-mail to cancel, you will be marked a "NO SHOW" and will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service.
